What's Available:​

A two night stay at our lodging. Your Event Fee includes the main house lodging, a two night stay at our newly renovated 2 bedroom home with a wrap around redwood deck & pergola! Glamping tents are available, large & cozy tents with queen beds & luxury bedding. Glamp under the stars; the tents are set around the main house, quiet, peaceful and most importantly comfortable. These are not mandatory use, but an extra option for you to keep friends and family nearby- Rehearsal for your event with your wedding coordinator & option to host dinner service.
- Lighting, PA System & Microphone
- Option to have up to 200 people on site.
- 15 custom built redwood tables & benches (each table seats 10-12).
- Redwood benches (preset for the ceremony).
- Day of event set up
- Choice of multiple handcrafted redwood alters.
- Wedding Planner or Vendor Coordinator - phone, email & site visits.
- Vendor referrals, suggestions and guidance on making final decisions.
- Assistance with transportation schedule, event timeline and coordination of rehearsal ceremony.
- Day of coordinator; oversee everything from décor placement for ceremony & making sure everything is moving along as planned. Each wedding plans vary, if you have your own wedding planner that is fine! We will still include staff to ensure your event is going as planned, trash & bathrooms are clean.- Breakdown of event is billed hourly, see contract proposal for details.- In house parking assistance & event crew, for the day of event is mandatory (not negotiable).
- On-Site trash and recycling removal for caterers.
- Brand new tastefully designed & constructed restrooms on site! The bathrooms will be checked and cleaned throughout the event.

Brooke has exquisite taste; I highly suggest hiring her to be your wedding planner when you choose her venue. Not only will she be your wedding planner, but she’s an amazing florist and will help you select the most perfect floral for your theme/color scheme. She’ll listen to your vision and bring it to life, and then some! We also hired her sister, Brittany Rau, to bake our desserts and photograph the wedding. Her desserts were delicious and the photos are beautiful! She has such an eye for capturing pure moments. The in house vendors consisting of the bartender and staff for the venue were so great! They went over and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, throughout the event. They were personable, friendly & professional. My husband, myself and our guests were absolutely astonished with how everything turned out! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. "

For any emergencies, she always has a back up plan. I will even come here for my anniversary and stay at the cute air bnb on site just to bring back the memory.
